Fen Technology has a strong background in product development. This includes taking a product from concept through to production. We have experience with the different challenges faced by both high and low volume products.

Our project managers are experienced in budgeting, planning, risk assessment and risk mitigation. During the project lifetime they will manage change orders, present status reports and budget updates, chair progress meetings and manage post-delivery support.

Our multi-disciplined teams have developed products in a number of different areas and can either take full product responsibility or work alongside a client’s own development team. For a more detailed description, please see the entries under the skills page.

The product industrialisation is a key part to any project. Fen Technology will typically project manage the different partners and suppliers in this process. We have extensive experience in product verification as well as production process verification. We produce solid documentation, both written and online.
